Seeking 2024 Energy

Maybe you have spent the majority of your adult "New Years" creating lists of goals and changes you will be implementing to improve your life, like I have? And if you are like me you likely didn't make it through the year with every change being successful......possibly even not a single one sticking. Nothing like setting yourself up for failure so you have new verbiage to run through the downspiral of self loathing.....ugh. No more. It might just be time to try something new!

What am I even talking about? I'm so glad you asked! Rather than documenting every single thing we want to change about ourselves and making those into "new year new me" schpeel that is bound to fail, let's change the energy for 2024. YES PLEASE.

No more what needs to be changed. No more spiraling. No more letting that negative voice in our heads reign supreme. No more believing lies about who we really are and what we really want.

Instead it's a whole lot of YES. Yes to cataloging every single success. Yes to celebrating every tiny win. Yes to stepping into being authentic and unapologetic. Yes to falling and getting back up. Yes to asking for help. Yes to failure and the learning that comes with it. Yes to getting clear on our dreams. Yes to choosing ourselves again and again. You've seen that movie Yes Day right? This is a YES YEAR!!

My hope for you is to realize the gift you hold within and not to squander it by not sharing it out of fear or uncertainty. Rather that you step into 2024 with the mindset of I will not be limited by my own internal critic or any external naysayers. That those moments will fuel the fire of showing up authentically because your stories need to be heard. Your voice matters.
